Terms of Service

Effective date: July 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the PASS-TCFCA platform (the "Platform" or "we"/"us"). These Terms of Service (these "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and us governing your use of the Platform and related services.

By registering for, signing in to, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform is designed for users preparing for the TCF Canada exam, and provides, without limitation: listening and reading practice, writing and speaking practice, AI grading and mock exams, a mistake log, learning progress tracking, membership subscriptions, and other supporting study tools.

We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, or discontinue service content, feature modules, question volume, and how they are presented as our business evolves, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance via site announcements or similar means.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Accounts are for personal use only. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised or is at security risk, please contact us immediately and take steps such as changing your password.
  • We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or close accounts that show abnormal activity, violate these Terms, or have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid membership subscription. Specific benefits are governed by the pricing page and order details in effect at the time of purchase.
  • You agree to pay the price shown on the relevant page using the supported payment methods. Membership is a digital product; once activated, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly promised by us.
  • Membership validity is calculated from the activation date. If not renewed after expiry, related premium features will stop being available, though your historical learning data will generally be retained (subject to actual product rules).
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, and membership benefits; orders placed before such changes take effect are not affected.

5. Acceptable Use

While using the Platform, you must not:

  • Crack, scrape, bulk-download, or unlawfully distribute the Platform's practice content by any means;
  • Use technical means to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or harm other users' rights;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, false, or harmful;
  • Rent, lend, transfer, or commercially exploit your account (unless we have given written permission);
  • Engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.

If you violate the above, we may, depending on the severity, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or terminate service, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the questions, explanations, interface design, copy, trademarks, logos, and related content on the Platform belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

You retain your rights in content you submit when using our AI features. At the same time, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to the extent necessary to provide the service (for example, storing, processing, and generating grading results).

7. Disclaimer

  • The Platform is intended to assist with exam preparation only and does not guarantee that you will pass the TCF Canada exam or achieve any particular score.
  • AI grading and mock exam results are for reference only and do not constitute an official score or authoritative language assessment.
  • In the event of service interruption due to network issues, device issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service but are not liable for any resulting indirect losses.
  • Users are solely responsible for any consequences arising from their violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us for the relevant service (or RMB 100 in the case of free services), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes and Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate all or part of the service for maintenance, upgrades, compliance, or business reasons. You may also stop using the service and request account closure at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) remain in effect after termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction in the location of the Platform operator.
